Job Overview: You’ll help connect some of the most in‑demand talent in finance – from data scientists and technologists to traders and investment professionals – with elite firms shaping global markets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Academically strong: AAB+ at A‑Level and a 2:1 or above from a Top 20 university
• Confident communicator: Able to engage with high‑performing candidates – from Oxbridge and Ivy League grads to senior finance leaders
• Financially motivated: Want to build real wealth early in your career (one of last year’s grads earned £100k+)
• Analytical and curious: Enjoy research and understanding how the hedge fund and private equity world operates
• Resilient and self‑driven: Proven ability to step outside comfort zone and perform under pressure
