As a Customer Quality Engineer, you will work with designated customers to provide an accurate review of performance and a quick response to any customer enquiries.

Additionally, you will seek to improve performance to designated customers through robust containment/problem resolution. Support the Supplier Quality team by ensuring that issues are raised in a timely manner along with accurate supporting data to allow a swift resolution. Interfacing with the Customer Solutions team to understand mission critical issues that need Quality support to resolve

Ideally you will possess either a HNC or HND in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering although we welcome applications from time-served Engineers without either qualification. You will have experience of problem resolution via root cause analysis and have applied this ideally in the aerospace or automotive sectors. Experience in ‘industrial’ rail sectors is also desirable.
