Senior Care Lead (Nights) – Empower Residents & Team

St Philip’s Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for the Night Bank shift at Roxholm Hall. You will lead a close-knit team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining residents’ dignity and independence.

You will support the Manager, step in during their absence, and ensure care planning, confidentiality, and safety are upheld through daily activity and training. A passion for elderly care and relevant qualifications are preferred.
