Business Development Manager

White Horse Employment are delighted to be working exclusively with local service provider in Swindon. This client has been operating for over 50 years within the areas building up a large and reputable client base.

They are currently recruiting for anBusiness Development Managerto join their Swindon based team on apermanent basisand work alongside both the UK sales teams, aiding the business in generating new business opportunities. This is an exciting and varied role with a split of both new business development and managing existing accounts.

The main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full 360 sale cycle through from start to close.
• Developing a list of contacts to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Meeting daily targets through a combination of phone calls and emails.
• Holding virtual meetings with prospect and current accounts.
• Develop revenues through sales calls & emails to establish strong relationships.
• Renewing existing account contracts and selling ad ons.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of outbound customer engagement.
• Great objection handling, relationship building and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in prospecting, lead generation and securing new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
