Project Controls Manager

Take ownership of project controls across major initiatives, ensuring decisions and outcomes are delivered effectively. You will manage a team to embed robust controls and maintain operational performance across multiple complex projects.

What you will need

• Strong background in project controls within a regulated environment
• Solid understanding of EVM and project cost
• British citizenship and ability to achieve SC clearance

Salary and rewards

£80,000–£85,000 plus 9 day working fortnight plus annual bonus

What you will be doing

• Lead, manage and develop the project controls team, maintaining high standards across the portfolio
• Apply and maintain departmental procedures to control project performance baselines
• Provide credible management information to support decision making and project profitability
• Contribute to bid activity with accurate planning, risk profiles and cost estimates
• Support progression and development opportunities for the team

Your experience

• Technical capability: scheduling, cost estimating, project controls systems, and data analysis
• Behavioural capability: coaching, mentoring, influencing senior stakeholders, maintaining process compliance
