Project Architect with Contract Administration experience

Overview

This design-led, private residential studio near Farringdon is seeking a Project Architect to lead exciting residential and commercial projects in London.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect with experience across all RIBA work stages, particularly client management and the delivery of retrofit projects. They should be confident on site, technically strong, and comfortable leading projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Engage with clients and manage projects across all RIBA stages, with emphasis on retrofit delivery.
• Be technically strong and site‑ready, able to oversee on-site activities.

Qualifications

• A sharp eye for design and detail
• Experience as Project Architect and Contract Administrator on private residential projects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative and proactive approach
• AutoCAD skills

Benefits and Conditions

This practice offers 1 day working from home. Salary in the range of £45-55k, subject to years of experience. No sponsorship will be offered.
