This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and personable fee earner to handle a broad caseload of civil litigation matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
About the Role
You will join a small, friendly team with access to direct mentorship and career development opportunities from the Head of Department. The position offers a steady stream of work across a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Negligence claims
- Debt recovery actions
- Commercial disputes
- Building and construction disputes
- Misrepresentation cases
- Inheritance Act claims
- Contested probate matters
Where training needs arise, full support will be provided to ensure your ongoing professional development.
About You
We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Civil Litigator who:
- Has sound knowledge and experience of general civil litigation
- Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process
- Is comfortable negotiating settlements or instructing counsel as appropriate
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
