Our client, a well-established law firm based in North London, is seeking an office-based Civil Litigator to join their Dispute Resolution Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and personable fee earner to handle a broad caseload of civil litigation matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role

You will join a small, friendly team with access to direct mentorship and career development opportunities from the Head of Department. The position offers a steady stream of work across a diverse range of civil litigation matters, including:

  • Contractual disputes
  • Negligence claims
  • Debt recovery actions
  • Commercial disputes
  • Building and construction disputes
  • Misrepresentation cases
  • Inheritance Act claims
  • Contested probate matters

Where training needs arise, full support will be provided to ensure your ongoing professional development.

About You

We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented Civil Litigator who:

  • Has sound knowledge and experience of general civil litigation
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, keeping them informed throughout the legal process
  • Is comfortable negotiating settlements or instructing counsel as appropriate
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
