Job Title: Senior Event Manager – LondonSalary: Up to £50K + Bonus

My client is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Event Manager to deliver exceptional corporate hospitality and bespoke events within the sports and entertainment sector. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role for someone who thrives on managing high‑volume events while giving the same attention to detail as executive‑level projects.

The Role

• Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale hospitality and bespoke events
• Develop event concepts, detailed timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong long‑term relationships
• Manage budgets from proposal through to final reconciliation
• Negotiate and coordinate with venues, suppliers, and contractors
• Oversee on‑site delivery, troubleshooting and adapting as required
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and provide performance insights

About You

• 5+ years’ experience managing large-scale events
• Strong budgeting and commercial awareness
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
• Calm under pressure and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
