We are partnered with a globally recognised, market‑leading manufacturing business seeking to appoint a Senior Finance Manager to join their finance team just outside of Uttoxeter.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting, including P&L, variance analysis and performance insights.
- Oversee monthly accounts, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Act as a key business partner, providing clear financial analysis and influencing decision‑making across the business.
- Lead, develop, and mentor a small finance team while managing year‑end processes and external audit relationships.
Key requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong financial reporting experience.
- Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in business partnering and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Previous exposure to audit, statutory accounting, and team management.
