Job Description
As a Corporate Finance Manager at Xeinadin, you will play a key role in delivering successful client outcomes by managing end-to-end transactions and providing high-quality commercial insights and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate finance transactions from inception to completion.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Prepare and review Information Memoranda and detailed buyer research.
- Develop and assess financial forecasts, business plans, and models.
- Provide expert guidance on transaction structuring, including working capital and free cash flow.
- Lead negotiations involving complex deal elements with clients and their advisors.
- Drive business development, networking, and marketing initiatives to grow our pipeline.
- Contribute to pitch meetings and support the firm’s growth strategy.
- Mentor and supervise junior team members to help them achieve their professional goals.
Key Requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified (or Qualified by Experience).
- Demonstrated experience leading successful corporate finance transactions.
- Strong client relationship and project management skills.
