This is a 24 hours per week position – increase in hours not available.

Are you passionate about shaping organisational culture and inspiring others to embrace change? The role will help shape a holistic organisational development approach and support the delivery of OD programmes of work aligned to trust plans and ambitions.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a high‑level, organisational and administrative support to programmes of work to ensure effective OD delivery.
  • Development, promotion and enhancement of the Trust’s wellbeing and benefits offer.
  • Support projects focused on staff wellbeing, leadership development and change management.
  • Support the OD practitioners to identify, diagnose and plan to address OD needs to enable performance improvement, engagement and skills development.
  • Analyse organisational development data and feedback to identify trends and inform improvement plans, including staff surveys, wellbeing data and evaluation of OD interventions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge of a range of organisational development‑related topics acquired through a relevant degree or equivalent qualification/experience (or working towards).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • A passion for supporting staff development and organisational improvement.
