We’re a young, ambitious Shopify Growth Service, set for significant growth in 2026 and beyond. Our mission is to make e-commerce growth simple for Shopify SMEs through expert performance marketing, creative and strategic services – alongside our proprietary mobile app builder.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Account Management team and play a key role in driving growth for our e-commerce clients.

You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimising paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, with the goal of scaling performance for high-growth DTC brands. You’ll take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance analysis – ensuring every dollar and pound spent delivers maximum impact.

This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical and creative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is obsessed with improving ROAS through smart testing, bold ideas, and relentless optimisation.

You’ll have experience managing sizeable ad budgets, a deep understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads, and a track record of delivering results for e-commerce or consumer brands.

If you’re excited by the idea of working with ambitious clients, experimenting with new tactics, and being part of a collaborative team that loves to grow revenue, we’d love to meet you!

Must-Have Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimisation best practices for both platforms
  • Confident managing budgets of £/$10k+ per month and delivering measurable improvements in ROAS and CPA
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools
  • Comfortable producing clear, insightful reports that connect data to actions and results
  • Strong collaboration skills – able to work closely with Account Managers and Designers
  • Experience writing or briefing in performance-driven ad copy and creative concepts
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail across campaign setup and tracking
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with multiple projects on the go
  • A passion for performance marketing and staying ahead of trends, platform updates, and testing opportunities

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working in an agency or with multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC brand growth strategies
  • Experience running campaigns across other platforms (e.g. Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Knowledge of product feeds, shopping campaigns, and dynamic ads
  • Meta, Google or TikTok certifications
  • Experience with landing page testing and CRO best practices

Some Specifics

  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Start Date: 2025
  • Holiday: Unlimited
  • Salary: £35-50K (depending on experience)
  • Location: We’re currently primarily remote, with occasional meet‑ups near London for strategy days, socials, or important projects.
  • Right to Work: Please only apply if you have the right to work in the UK for at least the next 12 months. While we hope to sponsor the right people and roles in the future, we are currently not set up to do so.
