Location: Birchwood, WarringtonSalary: Year 1 OTE £50,000 | Year 2 OTE £60,000-£90,000Role: Permanent

The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of key client accounts and deliver end-to-end permanent recruitment assignments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing established client relationships
• Delivering permanent recruitment assignments from briefing to placement
• Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Advising clients on recruitment strategy, market insight and hiring decisions
• Managing interviews, offers and negotiations
• Growing and maintaining a profitable, sustainable desk

About You

• Is confident managing accounts and delivering recruitment solutions independently
• Has experience recruiting into permanent rolesIs commercially aware and motivated by performance and earnings
• Enjoys building long-term client partnerships rather than short-term wins
