Job Description:

An ambitious, private-equity backed advisory firm is seeking a Transaction Services Manager to join their growing London team. With strong backing from institutional investors and a dynamic pipeline of UK and cross-border work, the organisation combines boutique agility with sophisticated, high-value corporate development exposure.

This role offers significant involvement in sell-side and buy-side due diligence, financial modelling, quality of earnings analyses, and strategic commercial reviews across multiple sectors. In addition to traditional TS engagements, you will support corporate development initiatives including carve-out assessments, post-acquisition performance support and strategic investment reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead FDD projects across mid-market PE transactions.
  • Lead financial analysis, working capital assessments and valuation support.
  • Develop complex financial models and transaction deliverables.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Build strong client relationships and coordinate with deal teams.
  • Support corporate development and strategic commercial evaluation workstreams.

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/) with strong academic credentials.
  • Top 10 accountancy firm background in Transaction Services or relevant advisory.
  • Significant UK deal experience with PE clients.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end TS engagements.
  • Strong technical financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
