Base pay range

Recruitment Consultant | Finance and Accounting

£40,000 – £60,000 base + up to 30% commission

The Recruitment Consultant, specialising in Finance and Accounting, will lead client partnerships and drive delivery across Public Sector and Not-for-Profit clients. With a strong platform behind you, including dedicated BD and research support, you’ll focus on high-impact placements while shaping the next phase of the firm’s expansion.

Role Highlights

You Will Need

  • 4 – 10 years of experience in 360 agency recruitment
  • Finance and Accountancy recruitment experience is key
  • Public sector client experience
  • Proven billings of £250k+
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • A growth mindset with ambition to progress into leadership
