Senior Engineer in Industrial Door Systems & Loading Bay Equipment

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedEngineerto join our team. This is a key role with the potential to lead and Supervise a region of engineers in the future. The position involvesinstallation, servicing, call-outs and repairson a wide range of Industrial Door & Loading Bay solutions. You will operate remotely from home, covering the Britsol and surrounding regions, with travel further afield when required.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair a variety of Industrial Door & Loading Bay Systems.
• Provide on-site solutions, recommendations and upgrades for customers.
• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience working with:
• Sectional doors
• Loading bay equipment
• Excellent understanding of multiple industrial door manufacturers’ systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills.
• Organised, adaptable, and able to manage changing workloads.
• Physically capable of manual handling and lifting tasks

Essential Certifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
• CSCS Card
• IPAF
