Benchmark Staffing Solutions is looking to speak to experienced Recruitment Consultants who are open to new opportunities within the industry and feel their current role is not providing opportunities for career development.

• Lack of training and support from current employer
• Toxic or negative working environment
• False promises made in terms of desk or resources
• Preference to move into a different market
• Looking to move into a more sales focused role but little opportunity to do so
• Preference for warmer desks, as opposed to pure cold BD

Our client will consider consultants with a range of billings and track records but non negotiables include:

• Willingness to improve and develop
• Willingness to pick up the phone and immerse themselves in their market
• Ability to build relationships
