Recruitment Consultant

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing the full recruitment cycle across commercial roles (customer service, administration, sales, etc.)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
• Proactively sourcing, interviewing, and placing high‑quality candidates
• Developing your own desk and contributing to the wider business growth
• Working towards targets with full support, without micromanagement
