Registered Service Manager – SK11 & SK3 | 2 Homes
We are recruiting an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead two care homes in the SK11 and SK3 areas. This is a senior leadership role offering a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and signing‑on incentives.
Salary & Benefits
No previous registration / working towards Level 5:
- £42,500 annual salary
- Up to £3,000 Ofsted performance bonus (Good = £1,500; Outstanding = £3,000)
- £750 signing-on bonus after 3 months + £1,500 after 6 months
- Potential Year 1 package: £46,750 | Year 2: £45,500
Registered & Level 5 qualified:
- £47,500 annual salary
- Up to £3,000 Ofsted performance bonus
- £750 signing-on bonus after 3 months + £1,500 after 6 months
- Potential Year 1 package: £52,750 | Year 2: £50,500
