We’re looking for a proactive and forward-thinking H&S / Compliance Manager to take ownership of health, safety, and environmental standards across multiple sites in Lincolnshire — with a real opportunity to make a lasting impact.

The Role

• Managing and maintaining H&S and compliance standards across all sites
• Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections
• Developing and implementing policies in line with legal and company requirements
• Supporting and training staff to build a strong H&S culture
• Liaising with regulators and external bodies
• Driving continuous improvement across HSE practices

What We’re Looking For

• Experience within heavy industry (waste & recycling, mining, quarrying, or similar)
• Environmental qualification such as WAMITAB Level 4 (desirable)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence positive change
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
