The Role: As a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll drive revenue, mentor others, and elevate the 11 Investments brand in your market. You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle while building high-value relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage an engaged client and candidate network
- Run end-to-end recruitment processes with commercial confidence
- Grow market share through new business development
- Deliver thought leadership and long-term strategic value
- Mentor junior consultants and support training & team development
- Represent the 11 Investments brand positively and professionally
- Step in to support leadership initiatives when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a successful 360 agency recruiter
- A strong individual billing track record, with team or mentoring experience a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and driven by personal and collective success
