Service Manager – Basingstoke –Basic Salary – £40,000 –OTE – £60,000 –Company Car –No Saturdays –Extensive Benefits Package –

Our client, a large franchised main dealership, in Sunningdale has the requirement for an experienced Service Manager to join the established and high performing Aftersales team. Our client will also consider Front of house Managers, Service Team Leaders and Service team mangers.

Responsibilities

  • Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
  • Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
  • Departmental profitability
  • Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
  • Controlling expenses
  • Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
  • Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
  • Installing, and maintaining processes
  • Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar level of motor trade role
  • Leadership ability
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements

  • Franchised Dealership Experience
  • Kerridge
