In this varied role you will be based out of the Head Office, leading and supporting a team of service technicians. You will be responsible for ensuring performance targets are achieved while delivering an exceptional standard of customer service. There will also be requirements to travel to client sites and carry out occasional service work.
This role would suit an individual with proven experience managing a team of service engineers, looking for a new challenge and the chance to play a key role in a growing company.
The Role:
- Service Manager
- Managing a team of 6 Service Engineers
- Direct line management & training new engineers
- Monday to Friday (8am-4pm)
The Person:
- Experience managing service engineers
- Background in Coffee / Vending / similar industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
