Client Relationship Management

  • Own a portfolio of Genius Money clients end-to-end — contractors, employers, compliance clients
  • Be the primary point of contact: trusted, responsive, always on
  • Conduct regular account reviews, proactively identify needs, and deliver solutions before problems arise
  • Build the kind of relationships clients don’t want to leave

Commercial Growth

  • Identify and act on upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within your portfolio — compliantly, confidently
  • Convert warm referrals and inbound enquiries into new service agreements
  • Work alongside the Service Director to onboard new clients smoothly and profitably
  • Contribute directly to revenue targets and GP growth — your account performance is your score

Service Delivery

  • Manage service delivery to the highest standard, ensuring SLAs are met and exceeded
  • Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and finance teams to resolve issues at pace
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and CRM data — no shortcuts
  • Represent Genius Money with professionalism and authority at every touchpoint

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Service Director — complement his strengths, cover his blindspots, and support his vision
  • Feed client insight back into the business to drive product and service improvement
  • Play an active role in the MTD service launch — this is a ground‑floor opportunity
