Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive Service & After Sales Manager to lead a technical service team from our head office in Street. This is a fantastic chance to take ownership of a busy service department, manage engineers, and drive commercial performance in a technically demanding environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coordinate the Service & Validation team, managing daily operations and engineer schedules.
  • Oversee service enquiries, quotations, order processing, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Maintain high technical standards and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 testing procedures.
  • Support commissioning and validation projects across various sectors.
  • Develop service contracts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing technical service engineers in engineering, HVAC, laboratory, or similar industries.
  • Commercially aware, confident in quoting, scheduling, and coordinating field operations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, demanding environment with independent decision‑making.
  • Knowledge of cleanrooms, controlled environments, or ISO 17025 accredited environments is a plus.
