• Proven experience as a GM or AGM in a busy restaurant or bar.

• Confidence in managing operations, rota planning, stock, suppliers, and daily service.
• Ability to maintain high standards while keeping a positive, energetic atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service.
• Recruit, train, and develop the front‑of‑house team.
• Work closely with the kitchen and ownership to maintain consistency and quality.
• Manage stock, ordering, and suppliers.
• Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing requirements.
