Overview

Managing Director at Enlighten Supply Pool. Full time, office-based position in Harrow on the Hill, North West London, Metropolitan Line. We are a specialist recruitment agency recruiting in the education sector; this role is based in Harrow and remote working is not offered.

Benefits

• £23,000 – £45,000 base salary per annum, plus highly competitive commission up to 25%

Requirements

• Excellent work ethic evidenced by previous work experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Will to win; strong on the phone
• Determined, resilient and willing to go above and beyond

Role responsibilities

• Becoming an expert in the recruitment consultant role after training by a senior mentor
• Finding and qualifying candidates using provided tools
• Writing and publishing adverts
• Head-hunting top candidates across platforms
• Building candidate market maps
• Booking and conducting candidate meetings
• Using the CRM to track activities
• Arranging candidate interviews, preparing candidates, collecting feedback
• Identifying leads and actioning them
• Lead generation and conversion
• Building relationships with hiring managers
• Establishing your own brand in the market through various channels
• Working towards monthly targets set with the team leader/mentor

About the company

We are a specialist recruitment agency recruiting in the education sector; term-time start is 7am, outside term time 9am. This position is based in Harrow and remote working is not offered.
