Recruitment Delivery Consultant – Built Environment
Location: Hybrid – Based in Portishead

Due to internal promotion, we’re looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team, focusing on the candidate journey and helping match top-tier talent to exciting opportunities across the Architecture, Civil, and Structural Engineering sectors.
If you enjoy building relationships, finding hidden talent, and making a real difference without the pressure of cold business development, this role could be perfect for you.
What you’ll be doing
- Sourcing high-quality candidates for roles within the built environment
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts
- Searching job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms for top talent
- Screening and qualifying candidates for suitability
- Managing candidate communications
- Supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding service to clients
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years’ Experience in a recruitment/resourcing role
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first approach
- Organised, proactive, and confident in using online tools
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- An interest in the built environment sector is a plus (but not essential)
