Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Drive Vauxhall Redcar. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Service Advisor will act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries regarding aftersales services and vehicle maintenance.
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating with the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction through clear communication and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and ensuring positive customer experiences
- Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Communication
- Experience in Aftersales, with the ability to advise customers knowledgeably
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Previous automotive service experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes is preferred
