The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of commercial mechanical projects valued up to £1.5 million, alongside small works and maintenance contracts up to £1 million.
You will oversee projects from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing commercial mechanical projects up to £1.5m in value.
- Overseeing small works and maintenance contracts up to £1m.
- Full project lifecycle management from planning to completion.
- Budget control, cost reporting, and commercial oversight.
- Programme management and coordination of labour and materials.
- Managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Client liaison and stakeholder management.
- Ensuring H&S compliance and adherence to company procedures.
- Attending site meetings and producing project documentation.
- Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
