We’re hiring across multiple levels — from junior consultants to experienced billers — to join our teams across two high-performing markets:

SAP Contract (Benelux) and Cloud Permanent (Germany), within a well-established, globally recognized business.

These aren’t quick-win desks. Both markets require consistency and a strong foundation early on.

But once established, they become high-performing spaces with strong earning potential — from recurring contract revenue to high-value permanent placements.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing and building relationships with tech professionals across Europe
  • Developing and maintaining strong talent networks within your market
  • Working on live roles with international clients
  • Building market knowledge around rates, salaries, and hiring trends
  • Taking increasing ownership of your market, clients, and revenue

  • 1+ years experience as a 180/360 consultant or in a target-driven role
