Job Description:

Our client is seeking a capable Business Support Manager to lead the administrative and operational support functions that underpin business performance. This position will play an important role in improving internal efficiency, supporting leadership, and ensuring that support services are aligned with the wider needs of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business support functions across administration, reporting, and coordination activities.
  • Lead and develop business support staff to ensure strong service delivery.
  • Implement and improve administrative and support processes.
  • Support senior management with reporting, planning, and business operations.
  • Monitor workflows, deadlines, and support service performance.
  • Coordinate internal projects and cross-functional support initiatives.
  • Maintain records, budgets, and relevant compliance documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
  • Support office, operational, and management functions as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a business support, administration, or operations management role.
  • Strong people management and leadership capability.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or a commercial environment is advantageous.
  • Professional and proactive approach.
