Recruitment Trainer/Rec2Rec – Performance Improver
An exciting opportunity has become available with the pre-eminent Tech Recruitment company in the Reading area. My client are looking for ambitious, target motivated people with a strong work ethic to join them as a Recruitment Consultant. They are an established company with an excellent reputation in the sector and a track record of turning trainees into super Recruiters. There is a comprehensive training and induction programme in place with supportive management and personal mentor to help you grow into the role. You would work in a warm, friendly collaborative team environment – Everybody wants everyone else to do well – There is always support and advice available. You would work on a “warm desk” with open jobs and existing clients in place.

Responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates
- Make sales calls to bring in new business
- Keep in touch with existing business contacts
- Use online tools to effectively network with Clients and Candidates
- Manage the client’s needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Candidates
