Business and Finance Manager
We are seeking a Business and Finance Manager to play a key role in managing the college’s finances and operational services. This is a crucial post, responsible for financial oversight, budget management, procurement, and financial compliance. The successful candidate will be line‑managed by the MAT Chief Finance Officer and will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, supporting decision making and ensuring financial best practice, keeping service to students at the top of the agenda.

Qualifications & Experience
- Highly organised, detail‑focused professional with strong financial expertise and leadership skills.
- Experience in finance management and excellent analytical ability.
- Confidence to work collaboratively with senior colleagues.
Employment Details
- Permanent, full‑time, all‑year‑round post.
- Subject to the conditions of service handbook of the Sixth Form Colleges Association.
- Salary on the Sixth Form Colleges Association support staff pay scale 26‑30 (£44,203 – £48,665 per annum).
