The Role: Primary SEN Teacher – SEMH Specialist School (Gloucester)
As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will:

- Support pupils with behavioural challenges and complex needs
- Work collaboratively to achieve EHCP outcomes

- A Qualified Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- Experienced in SEN, SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision settings
- Calm, patient, and emotionally intelligent
- Skilled in behaviour management and de-escalation strategies
