Overview

Assembly and Integration Manager, Aerospace role at TieTalent. This is a newly-created position within the Manufacturing Assembly, Integration and Testing team, focused on leading assembly and integration activities for a portfolio that includes both R&D products and flight hardware. The role emphasizes quality management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day assembly and manufacturing efforts across the product portfolio (R&D products and flight hardware).
• Ensure a strong focus on quality management throughout assembly and integration activities.
• Lead and coordinate MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test) related tasks, including functional testing, vibration, shock, electrical bonding/isolation, kinematic testing, TVAC, and related procedures.
• Develop and follow assembly procedures, and provide leadership in lean and efficient production practices.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering knowledge with experience in the assembly of precision components.
• Knowledge of MAIT theoretical and practical aspects and related testing methods.
• Demonstrable experience using assembly procedures.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
