Key Responsibilities
Manage and support an existing network of distributors across Southeast Asia in alignment with internal business objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand into new markets and appoint new distributors where required.
Work with distributors to develop market strategies and achieve regional sales targets.
Monitor distributor performance and provide quarterly sales feedback and guidance.
Support distributors in positioning products effectively against competitors.
Track market trends and competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback.
Support distributor activities including technical training, seminars, customer visits, and exhibitions.
Assist distributors with technical product knowledge and application support when required.
Requirements
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or Science (basic knowledge in Chemistry is preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in distributor or channel management.
Technical understanding of scientific or analytical instruments.
Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally and within Singapore.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
