As Personnel Officer (Employee Development), you will be responsible for designing, delivering, evaluating, and continuously improving a range of workforce development programmes that enhance leadership capability, personal effectiveness, and organisational performance. We are seeking someone who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and who has experience in all key aspects of Learning and Development within a large organisation. You will hold a recognised training qualification or be willing to work towards a relevant accredited qualification.
