Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment, utilities, instrumentation, and control systems. Fault-find and resolve breakdowns affecting process, facilities, and controlled-environment systems. Maintain accurate maintenance records using site systems and regulated documentation standards. Support minor modifications, installations, commissioning, and small engineering improvement projects. Review maintenance tasks and highlight improvements, recurring issues, spare parts gaps, or safety risks. Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, food, or regulated site environment. Experience with temperature, humidity, pressure, flow, HVAC/BMS, cleanrooms, cold rooms, stability chambers, purified water, or process utility systems. PLC, PCS, or control system troubleshooting experience would be beneficial.
