About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a General Shop Floor Labourer with a valid FLT Counterbalance licence to support day-to-day operations within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck to move materials safely around the site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting production teams with general labouring duties
- Moving stock between departments and workstations
- Assisting with packing, palletising, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Keeping the shop floor clean, tidy, and organised
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
About You
- Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Willingness to carry out a mix of FLT and manual labour duties
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good awareness of health and safety
Desirable
- Previous experience in an engineering or production environment
- Experience with stock control or goods-in/goods-out processes
