The Role
As Office Manager you will be responsible for:
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries (phone & email)
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating works
- Preparing and following up on quotations
- Managing the Director s diary
- Supporting job scheduling and tracking progress
- Overseeing workplace health and safety
- Maintaining CRM records
- Ensuring staff training, qualifications and certifications remain up to date
- Overseeing vehicles, equipment, and office operations
- Completing onboarding paperwork for new suppliers and subcontractors.
- Supporting general office administration tasks as required.
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and adeptness in multitasking within a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm
