Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team in Peebles as a Service Advisor. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Essential Skills

• A passion for great customer service and confidence to resolve any issues that may arise efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Experience within an office environment and IT skills is preferred.
• Experience within the Motor Trade is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.
• Strong organisational skills to schedule work effectively.
• Ability to prioritise your workload.
• Good core administration skills to accurately capture customer details to the required standards.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential.

Location: We are Only 24 miles from Edinburgh.
