Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Expert (365) to join our Systems Team. This role provides technical support and 3rd-line expertise for Microsoft 365 and associated cloud collaboration services, ensuring they are secure, resilient and fit for purpose. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting service development, operational stability and continuous improvement across our M365 estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical support of Microsoft 365 and associated cloud services, including Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Bookings and Zoom.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for service security, resilience and disaster recovery.
  • Ensure services are configured, maintained and documented to a high standard.
  • Provide 3rd-line support, incident resolution and escalation where required.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and Cyber Security policies, including change and incident management.
  • Contribute to service improvement and operational best practice.

About You

  • Significant experience working in a technical systems or cloud services environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud services.
  • Good understanding of service security, resilience and ITIL practices.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Salary: Grade 7 (£40,757 to £47,921 inclusive of London Weighting, with potential to progress to £52,067 per annum inclusive of London Weighting through sustained exceptional contribution).
