Overview
A well-established construction consultancy based in Central London are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performing group delivering private-sector projects across the commercial / Residential and Hotels sectors. This role is ideal for someone who has recently completed a construction related degree and looking to ignite their career.
Responsibilities
- Support on delivery of Commercial / Residential and Hotels construction projects
- Support a team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors
- Act as client liaison, ensuring exceptional service and communication
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
- Report progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience, ideally 1 year, managing construction projects
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- A hunger to learn and progress APC
