Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Duties

• Installation & commissioning of a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and system layouts to facilitate precise installation and repairs.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for reporting purposes.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment at all times.

Skills

• Experience in the installation of VRV, VRF Systems.
• Experience in the installation of refrigeration systems.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams related to refrigeration & air conditioning systems.
• Leadership skills with the ability to supervise team members effectively during projects.
• Experience in refrigeration & air conditioning installation within commercial or industrial settings.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration and Air conditioning
• City & Guilds 2079 or equivalent

Optional

• City & Guilds 6187-21 Hydrocarbons Qualification
• City & Guilds 6187 – 31 CO2 Qualification

Training

Engineers will have opportunities to work alongside our experienced team to develop their skills.
