Castle Manufacturing are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager. This is a permanent role initially to cover night shifts and is a key leadership role within a busy head office production facility in East Yorkshire.
The role
- Lead, motivate and develop a medium to large production team within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Take ownership of shift performance, driving output, quality and safety standards
- Ensure production plans are delivered efficiently, aligning with operational targets and customer expectations
- Work closely with senior leadership to support continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Maintain a strong health and safety culture across the shop floor
About you
- Proven experience leading medium to large teams within a production or manufacturing setting
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to drive performance and engagement
- Commercially aware with a focus on efficiency, quality and continuous improvement
- Confident communicator, able to work cross‑functionally and influence at all levels
