Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Rochester for a Commercial Manager. In this capacity, you will oversee and manage the commercial aspects of various projects, including budget planning, cost control, and contract management. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include analysing financial data, negotiating and administering contracts, and leading a team to deliver projects successfully. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within scope and aligned with organisational objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Commercial Management and Business Planning to develop strategies for profitability and growth
- Strong skills in Contract Management for negotiating, drafting, and executing agreements
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess financial metrics and project performance
- Experience in Team Management to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross‑functional teams effectively
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive collaborative solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
