Site manager – Refurb

Location: Kettering

Duration: 6 weeks

Start Date: 29/05/2026

One of our established clients are currently looking for a site manager to oversee a 6‑week refurbishment of a commercial building in Kettering. The right person will have a good understanding of health & safety, oversee tradesmen, manage customer relations and ensure the project is on track for completion.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing sub‑contractors
• Good communicator
• Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
• Conduct inductions
• IT literate

Qualifications

• SMSTS
• First aid at work
• CSCS Card
