Finance Business Partner

Investigo is partnering with a growing services business based in Milton Keynes looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a commercially focused role designed to support the business in delivering its strategic objectives through strong financial insight and stakeholder engagement.

The role will involve a small element of month-end responsibilities, but the primary focus will be on building relationships across the business, partnering with operational leaders and providing financial guidance to support performance, decision making and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support delivery of company strategy.
• Provide financial insight and analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
• Develop strong relationships with non-finance stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Deliver clear reporting and performance analysis to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Assist with tenders, business cases and strategic initiatives where required.
• Contribute to the month-end process including selected journals, accruals and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and financial visibility across the business.

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Commercial Finance role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.
