We’re looking for an experienced, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a full 360 role, giving you full ownership of your desk and the opportunity to build long-term client relationships and make a real impact.

The Role

• Building and developing your own desk within a specialist market
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement
• Developing strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ recruitment experience
• Ideally experience within one of these sectors:
  • Power & energy
  • Large-scale workforce deployment for infrastructure projects
• Commercially driven, money motivated and relationship-focused
• A team player with a proactive mindset
